How long is a CulinaryLab Team Building Event?
3-4 hours, this includes a 30 minute arrival and hors d'oeuvres period, a 1.5 - 2 hour hands on cooking class, and a 45 minute-2 hour sit down dining experience.
Is there an event minimum?
Yes, $2,200 regardless of menu, headcount, date, etc.
How does the booking process work?
Step 1: Have a 10 minute phone call with an Event Coordinator to discuss your needs
Step 2: Choose event date, time, headcount, menu/experience, drink package, extra/add ons
Step 3: Pay 50% deposit to secure date
Step 4: Review sign Event Contract
Step 5: Pay remaining 50% 10 days out from event date
COVID-19: What safety measures are we taking during COVID?
CulinaryLab takes many steps to ensure safety, including mandatory face coverings, outdoor seating, and hourly disinfecting of high-traffic areas. Face coverings are required during the cooking class, but optional in the outdoor dining area.
Can I bring in my own alcohol?
Due to liquor license requirements in the city of Santa Ana, we are not permitted to allow clients to bring outside alcohol into our facility.
Can there be a cooking competition?
Yes! Depending on the menu/experience you choose. Please discuss your options with our Event Coordinator.
What if some of my guests have food allergies or restrictions?
We accommodate any and all good allergies and restrictions. Our Chefs are THAT good.
Can we hold a meeting prior to or after the event in your space?
Yes, we have a few options for you to hold your team meeting before or after your CulinaryLab event with AV options available.
