Our esteemed chefs have developed a 5-day curriculum designed specifically for the college-ready students who are interested in equipping themselves with essential kitchen basics to ensure they are well-nourished throughout their college experience. Here at CulinaryLab, we know that freshman year can be a flurry of activity and challenges so the goal of this class is to minimize some of the stress by providing recipes and techniques that will keep you alert and full of energy for class, study sessions, etc.
With time, nutrition and budget in mind, we guarantee that this week long course will introduce you to dishes that will be quick to make, healthy and delicious, and leave you with plenty of money for textbooks and other necessities.
So if you are looking to ward off that freshman fifteen, or minimize the dining hall trips, take-out and late night pizza,et us take the stress off of your plates and replace it with nutrition, convenience, and the confidence to cook for yourself!
Daily: Mon. 6/24 – Fri. 6/28 | 5:30pm – 9:30pm
Students of all skill levels will be able to keep up in this class. Beginners will quickly gain new skills, and seasoned cooks will refine existing skills while also building new ones.
