Paid Apprenticeship

CulinaryLab students can choose to work in an immersive, hands-on, 1,000 hour professional apprenticeship rotation, getting paid while they learn.

Just as we are selective in choosing our incoming students, we are also very particular about who our affiliate restaurants are. We aim to partner with the top restaurants in SoCal, and foster relationships with chefs who believe in our mission to teach students using contemporary techniques and strategic practical training. Most importantly, we seek chefs who are not only seasoned, but who have a desire to be mentors.
