For 6ish months, my class spent all of Monday and Tuesday together learning everything to prepare efficiently and work in a busy kitchen all while gaining a strong foundation of skills. Such a fantastic experience taking my first course at the Culinary Lab! The Plant-based Boot Camp was just what I needed to feel more confident and creative preparing vegan meals. I just completed the 6 month Pro Pastry program at the Culinary Lab & it has been a dream come true.
