I enrolled in CulinaryLab’s Professional Culinary School for several reasons: reasonable tuition, small class size and hands on instruction from very knowledgable instructors. For 6ish months, my class spent all of Monday and Tuesday together learning everything to prepare efficiently and work in a busy kitchen all while gaining a strong foundation of skills. I just completed the 6 month Pro Pastry program at the Culinary Lab & it has been a dream come true. The Entrepreneurship Program has made me feel like my dream to own/run a restaurant is more achievable. Currently the program is one day every other week, for five hours.
